Of course I couldnt find any prices on them but would guess a few thousand or even more, the unique thing is that they can easly be stacked.

I have a feeling it be a lot more expensive than that.
One Virtex 7 chip alone would be classified as a few thousand at a min. $20-40k Maybe.

Sure it be pretty powerful, but expensive in the face of ASIC now a days for say Bitcoin, but useful none the less in the unlikely scenario Bitcoin protocols changed.
For Litecoin, while I'm not overly familiar with the demands of it, I do know it's memory hungry, I would worry it's not got enough and/or fast enough to not be a bottleneck.
