Hi guys, im faily new to exchanges but im not newbie to this forum i know its a red flag for someone like me to ask for a paypal exchange but i really need bitcoin right now. I have 100 USD in my paypal. If someone can exchange it for a fair rate please do let me know.

I will comply to any of your terms as long as its reasonable.

I already did a small amount exchange from localbitcoin but the rate is ridiculously high so im trying my luck if theres any exchangers here that can offer me small interest fee not really small but reasonable.
