I can definitely do it today,  i just don't have my paypal details on my phone so can do it when i get home.  What kind of rate are you looking for?  I've not done many paypal exchanges so not too sure what rate is ok.

That is weird, a 1:1 rate is fair though.
What do you think is a fair rate for this deal? Since you are in a need of something and when people help u when u urgently need it, most of the time it will be rewarded.

I didn't say it is not fair but just the rate is not attractive to me only...

Yup, if you don't want to get scammed, the rate will be around 1:1, some fees may apply due to the escrow and the PayPal fee, but when sending as friends and family there is no fee, and there is no chargeback button. I have tried to chargeback a transaction when I was scammed and it was sent as friends and family, so I comtacted their support and still no reply after months. However their FAQ says they reply in 24 hours.

you're right chargeback button is not, but sender can claim that is  unauthorized payment(example, if paypal account stolen or scammer it imitates).

That is true like I said, but PayPal never does reply to my emails, I think that is weird.
So even when I get scammed, I can't perform a chargeback when sending as f&f. I am going to make a call to them and ask why they don't reply to my email.
