Last week I upgraded my account to use new blockchain wallet and after that, my 2fa function is not working.

I didn't change my mobile number, and I receive SMS, but it always says invalid GUID. I even tried to recover account using reset 2FA function but there also always it says invalid GUID.

So need your advice to recover back my account.

Thanks in advance for your help.

I submitted ticket but don't know how long they may take.

Edit - Issue has been resolved. Thanks for your suggestions.

if you have the private key of your wallet address that you imported into new blockchain.info wallet from the old version, then you can always import that private key into other wallets like electrum, breadwallet and many more. i hope you still have the private key ? if you dont have it, then you cannot do anything except waiting for the reply from support team. also when did you contact the support ?
