Please tone down the CAPS. It's really annoying.
If you still have the seed/private keys you can restore your wallet/addresses with it/them. If you don't have any of those and have not backed up your wallet file then your bitcoins are lost.

Please do not make duplicate posts as you just did by creating another thread that describes the same problem.

Your question is hard to understand. There is no such thing as "portfolio". Can you please explain the issue with more detail and less caps?
