Paypal rates usually have 10%-20% if exchange to bitcoins, and being a newbie i think no one will accept your paypal coz you can do chargeback and create new account here and open another paypal to btc trade thread

PayPal is reversible. Escrow won't help. Just go away and find another way to cash your PayPal out.

people on paxful are charging 30% and that is with i.d in hand.
Don't think you will get this done here but there are ones on this topic that will consider it but at a large charge of 20-25% now.

Good luck to you but as the above poster said it is a reversible method of payment so be careful with who you do your deal with.
