Who are all these random kids coming in with no experience?

Is this discrimition? Do you think they are not worthy to become a campaign manager?? Remember buddy anyone of us will have potential to be so, and all they need is guts and trust for those company who want to hire them so better dont talk like that here.

But for that thing its up to OP on who would he choose to became his manager if he wants new name or those known here,  but it is good to select on those people who have experience to this kind of work.

People before has also has no experience, so where will you get your experience if people don't want to work with you to have it?
