hi

yes I am lazy to read through all T&Cs of all BTC Bookies Smiley

all BTC Bookies are invited to answer my question regarding tennis matches because more and more tennis players are retiring Sad

which BTC Bookie has the rule

Void - Bookmaker requires the full number of sets to have been played before paying out on the winner

and will give refund according to this rule?

thank you

Hi elm,

This is from DirectBet rules :

Quote
If a player or pairing retires or is disqualified in any match, the player or pairing progressing to the next round (or winning the tournament in the case of a final) will be deemed the winner. However if less than one set has been completed at the time of the retirement or disqualification then all bets relating to that individual match will be void.

You can find all our rules here : https://www.directbet.eu/Rules.cshtml

At the bottom of this page you can find all Tennis rules.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

All the Best,

Michelle
