They copied Whitebit's ToS but forgot to rename it to the name of their exchanges.

Beside copying Whitebit's TOS (something that many shitty exchanges do) for some reason they even have Whitebit logo and the link to their website at the bottom left part of the main page, under "reviews" section. Maybe there are actual connections between those two exchanges other than copying each other's TOS.

The matter is even more interesting if we know that Whitebit has been accused of scam several times and has a rather bad reputation. If they are already copying from someone, isn't it logical that it should be from someone successful and not a scammer.

I don't think that those who copied Whitebit TOS know much (if anything) about their reputation around here. They checked it out on CMC/Coingecko, saw that they have solid Trust score there (both sites gave them 8/10, which tells you how much relaible those sites are) and decided to copy it.

I think it's because they moved it to the Russian board.
Regardless, the service is highly suspicious and caution should be practiced when dealing with them.

Most services have a similar AML policy, but that's no excuse to plagiarize anyone. Pretty disappointing if you don't see the problem there.
The matter seems even worse if you have any connection with Whitebit, who have been recognized as scammers in the past.
