I already withdrew all my funds from Mt Gox, cause the trading lag was much that most the time my bot would just turn off. So what exchange is the most friendly for trading bots?

bitfloor.

I would use bitfloor, once they pay the hacked users back and prove that they have up the security so a mistake like that wouldn't happen again. Careless is even worst than a software hole, I think.

Oh whoops, I didn't notice it was you gweedo. Shame on me, I should have known better than to suggest bitfloor to you Smiley.

I haven't tried bitstamp's API yet, so I can't say much about it. Btc-e's api works, but I have some concerns about the way they report transactions. I was not impressed by CampBX.
