I propose yet another new coin: Coinmunism!

You must throw all your CPU power at the pool, and no matter how much power you throw at it, everyone gets the same number of Coins.

If you skip to another pool, the pool operator blows up you computer.

I see one problem. It's a piece of cake for a coinmunist to feel under threat, if this threat has low chance of really happening. But I think that sooner or later a real threat (something like DDOS) would strike. And then Coinmunism would collapse, and the fun would end.

We need to make it so there is a minimum moving target that one must have in order to receive any coins at all. 

This will be calculated based off of the distribution of miners and overall networking hashing power and approval by a central authority, call it a centralized difficulty if you will.  If you do not have the minimum mining ability then you will receive 0 Commies.

I was thinking in something similar, some coin you just can give an equal fraction to any human.

The problem is that you will need a method to identify humans which is not very cool
