I can say that poloniex and bitter are the best exchanger I've ever trade
Poloniex has improved graphic and troll box so you can chat with other trader
Bittrex has steady support and simple graphic so you're easy to manage the trade

Your top 2 are sites that are not very trustworthy. Both are not very reliable.
But bittrex and poloniex are great for altcoins, not just altcoins, but even more altcoins with a large volume.

In case of you search for the site which has the least withdrawal fee , it is Poloniex , it takes 0.0001 BTC as a fee of any withdrawal amount , whereas the others like c-cex and Bittrex take 0.0002BTC .
In case of you search for the sites which have the biggest trading volumes and the highest number of members , Bittrex and Poloniex are the best .

Depending on what you want to trade there are numerous sites available. Yobit.net is good for trading altcoins and sites like bitfinex trades Bitcoin to usd. You could try bitmex if you think the price of Bitcoin is going up or down.

yes, it depends for trading what we will do. If we want to do the trading of all coin (altcoin) then it is perfect in URyobit.net, poloniex, and c-cex. because the site has a very good reputation for trading altcoin

You should ask yourself which altcoin are you going to trade, because not all exchanges have the same list of these coins and maybe an exchange can be useless for you. I would prefer to start with poloniex, take a look also on yobit and others too.
I prefer Yobit.net. yobit almost listed all major and new coins in the listed and also very easy to trade and buy sell.
it have the feature of trade major coins with fiat also.
like bitcoin, litecoins. etherium etc.
for altcoin trading yobit is probably the best choice.
polenix and bittrex also good but I didn't used them much.

Yobit is much faster than poloniex when it comes to list new coins and I found yobit faster also when withdrawing the coins, poloniex needs more time (requires more confirmation) when depositing altcoins but its faster when depositing bitcoin (it needs only 1 confirmation comparing to yobit which needs 2 confirmations)
