My concern is specific to Livecoin exchange but the replys can be in reference to a broader range of exchanges.

What actions can we take against exchanges when they fail to credit our acctouts with deposits that we make and then the only option for contact with them is thru a support ticket system that they fail to answer either entirely or in a manner that is timely to your request.

I recently traded some coins with someone for XEM coins not a hole lot just about $70 worth but all the same its $70 since i never use NEM  i ofcourse have to exchange them for a coin that is useful; to me or to fiat. So looking at the exchanges that have XEM as one of there currency I choosse Livecoin.net as the one I would use they appeared to have things that others didnt so I choose deposit my coins with them this was approximately 72 hours ago. so i waited  and waited checked my XEM wallet personalk and Live coin provided one as well the coin successfully transfered from my wallet and confirmed but at the exchange wallet no record of anything so filed a support ticket waited 30 + hours no  response so then I took and went to one of their BCT forum pages asked for help there did get a response of "Cant help file a support ticket at www.livecoin.net . well no Fuck@#! shit.

so what do i do now other than wait which i will have to what recourse can i take to try and get my funds any suggestions would be helpful.

My opinion is just a matter of time, your ticket will be answered according to queue. I think also all the exchager while busy to prepare the bitcoin gold that will soon release. So just wait for their answer and do not make a new ticket, as it will lead to spam.
Do you add proof of your transaction in the ticket you made?
