Idea: Mining Rig Facility with $0.05 Power Cost - Free A/C

Hey guys, I've been tossing around the idea (at least for my fellow Texans or people near here) of setting up a small shed sized building where we can run our mining rigs. This building has/will have it's own economical power source, so if this were to happen, I would only charge for power at the rate of 5 cents per kw/h. The building with be kept at 70-75 degrees, and there is no bill for A/C related power consumption - only that which the rigs directly use.

If I were to do this, would anyone have any interest in placing their rigs there? 5 cents sure beats 9-15 cents plus cooling costs.

Let me know your thoughts! I'm just toying with this idea.
