Not so much discussion of problems but here are good instructions that work for me:

http://www.litecoinpool.org/help

And you can check here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=67.0

i allready had it going but

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=117221.0  this explained weird slowdowns when OC , kept mem higher and OK!
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=92716.0  this explained wierd pauses, changed to coinotron and ok!

but still cant find why i get black blank window of cgminer sometimes , but it hashes while stays blank! [w7 64bit, drv=13.1, cgminer 2.11.3]

that's a weird problem, never seen it before. Try using a process manager to see if there are other instances of cgminer running.

it was my psu.

ltc is more power hungry, underclocked more and blank window is gone. also at blank window only one core mined, but two cores showed full use under MSI Afterburner

beter PSU - no problems.
