TurboMiner 1.1.18: New WINDOWS release with added overclocking - Lowest devfee

We've just released an update with fan clock and voltage control for Windows.

Use any or all of the following example commands in the settings.dat file:

fan_speed=(0-255)
core_clock=1175
memory_clock=2000
core_voltage=925

You can also control per card by using the commands after a device=n command, where n is the card number as shown during startup.
