I have "radio internet", don't know what's the english name of this.. so I can't reset the modem to get a new IP or any other trick, I have to call to the internet company to change.. I got this IP one time a month(the only one blacklisted).. however it's 'a lot of work' call they to change the IP

The point is: I have a blacklisted IP and CAN access your site, so you can improve a little more your security
WIFI internet is what your trying to say but who owns the hotspot??? you might wanna see if you can get cheaper if your sharing wifi
MMm, not wi-fi/hotspot.. it's not adsl too, neither mobile..
it's receive data from a antenna and from that comes a wire to a main router on the building and send others wires to my personal wifi router and to others neighbors.. I think if I reset the main router, the IP will chance, however I have no idea where's is this router.. int he roof maybe? but its locked
