I know its illegal with real money, but is it legal with btc? How is the situation? Someone elaborate.

Gambling with real money and bitcoin is not illegal for the player in USA.  Payment processing of real money by vendors is illegal in the USA.

i doubt it is illegal in any ways and there are websites who are usa friendly for bitcoins, and if they are not just use a proxy or a vpn and it would be solved

Gambling websites do not accept Bitcoin gambling, they are either giving you free money you can't withdraw or not even allowing you to enter their website. Even US VPNs are blocked from them. If you live in the USA, you better not risk it.

i dont think it is illegal to gamble with bitcoins in the usa, if it is then websites just dont allow to deposit for the usa citizens so you will know when its not allowed

Like others said its not illegal. But if you do convert your money to Fiat, then you should report the taxes on it. Otherwise  any activity or earning through bitcoin can be illegal. Also when you convert your fiat to btc, then don't use that money directly from the wallet btc was credited to , to gamble. That can get you into trouble in some cases.

Coinbase is a bitcoin wallet from USA and they are bound to obey their laws of their government , and as they do not allow to use coinbase for any online gambling site then it means that it is illegal in USA, while I think there are offline casinos in USA which are working without any issue.

It's illegal for coinbase or USA-based exchanges to accept bitcoin obtained via bitcoin gambling or gambling activities. Using an offshore bitcoin sportsbook is pretty safe as far as I'm aware.

Generally, legal action will not be pursued even if you do gamble in the US, so if you bet small amounts you should be safe. Even betting big amounts should be fine, provided you keep it in Bitcoin value. It is an anonymous currency after all.

However, some sites do block US visitors from their site to avoid legal trouble. This can be easily bypassed by using a free VPN or proxy from another country, however do it at your own risk.

in USA gambling is legal for real money as far as i know that they have Las Vegas in Nevada and there are plenty physical casino available at there and you could gambling with your money without breaking the law however some people said that gambling using bitcoin it's illegal in USA i think this is true
