Idea: EulaCoin

My idea is simple: currency like Bitcoin, except :
- client will be closed-source
- client cost around 300 $
Clicking "Install" constitutes your agreement to:
1.when you sell the coins, you have to sell at a higher price than you bought; you earn!
2.you have to buy at least the same quantity as you sold, at higher price.
In this way, the price will grow infinitely!
