How is it too much when it takes $20 just to upgrade the account? And it won't get banned quickly, ive logged in from different ip's many times with no problems.

They record ISP or hosts. Your account doesn't show different ip because your ISP or host is same every time your ip changed.

No im referring to different hosts with a different ip, and different location.
