 I've never heard of ANY of the mining manfacturers doing drop shipping, with the POSSIBLE exception of "if you are a MAJOR dealer like Zoomhash that sells hundreds or THOUSANDS of miners in any given year" they MIGHT do so for you.

 But I kinda doubt it even then.
