Hi
I am trying to withdraw some btc from cryptostocks, i get message that wallet is offline. Are all the bitcoins i have there lost?

Its too early to say that your Coins are lost. Getting a Wallet offline can also means that they have taken the services down due to maintenance.
But your fear can not be neglected as we have seen whats happen last week with bitfinex. Let us hope everything become OKay this time for your case.

Actually cryptostocks seem to be crowdfunding or exchanger and their site looks premitive. May be they are actually fixing wallet issue or they are trying to shut down their service because even monthly trading volume seems very low according to their homepage stats. Wait for their reply or notice but putting bitcoin in such exchanger with very low volume is risky.
