[Hiring] Someone to find and fix a multisig bug in my code

I bought an web application which uses multisig transactions, there appears to be some sort of bug in the code, it will start the transaction but the buyer can't finalize it and it will throw and error saying missing vout key.

Obviously there is a bug in the code somewhere and the person whom I bought it from on this very forum is really unhelpful and borderline scamming I will post a topic on him later.

If someone who knows what they are doing can take a look over a .php file of code for me and show me what's wrong I'll be more than happy to give you around $80 worth of BTC it's just a few lines of code so it really shouldn't take long for anyone who knows what they are doing.
