Ok so lets make it clear you want to be a lender and your capital is 0.1 and tou want the borrower to pay 50% interest for 1 week loan?

Much better to post what kind of collateral do you accept if thera any takers, then set your own rules and prove that you have that amount by showing that you realy have it. Lastly, you as a newbie should not hold the collateral, let trusted ones handle that.

What are you doing again?  You have only 8 activity and now you are trying to open a lending service again.  What happened to the 9 BTC you claimed you had for lending and investments???  Please see this link: Reference
No one is going to trust you once you have made claims like this and now are trying a loan service at 50% interest!!  If you noticed, I am the Neg on your account and all you had to do was prove your claim that you had the funds you claimed you had and you have refused or completely ignored the mention.  I do not know if you are trying to be legit or just scam someone, but if you are looking to be legit, I suggest you read through and see what others are doing as far as lending.  Also you will need an escrow service, so I recommend you finding one who will assist you, for NO ONE SHOULD LET YOU HOLD COLLATERAL at this time, for you are untrusted.  Good luck with this all.
