I have clicked sweep on a private key and the transaction window has opened asking me if I wan't to save, broadcast, copy, or close. I don't know what broadcast means. All I am trying to do is put my funds, that were taking too long to go into a Bitcoin Core wallet, into an Electrum wallet.

Thanks for any help.

broadcast means transmit,
in other words when you sweep the private key, your Electrum wallet creates a transaction to your other address by spending the previous balance of the swept address and in the current window you are seeing the signed transaction ready to be sent out to the bitcoin network.

check to see if everything is ok and then click on broadcast if you want to finalize it and send the funds to your new address.

save and copy are in case you wanted to transfer the signed tx to another computer to broadcast it there.

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.
Whales are those who keep buying the dip.
