Confused about Rollin.io House edge. Can somebody explain what happens here.
They have roll numbers from 0-99 (whole numbers only). So if understand this correct they can only do house edges of multiples of 1%. But they have a level system which goes to sub 1% range as u level up upto 0.80%. How do they calculate sub 1% house edges?

>50.5 and <49.5 means house earns 1% (50.5-49.5= 1)

0.8% house edge means casino earns 0.8= 50.4-49.6

So you will bet the number >50.4 or <49.6.

Is it understandable??

I don't know rollin(never play there), but other casino does this kind of scheme.

yh. I understand that part. Problem is their roll numbers don't have a fractional part. Only a whole number. So no 50.5 or 49.5 just 50 and 49. That's where I get confused.

You raise a good question, maybe rolin controls the probability on their backend?

ermahgerd..at rollin.io its like this:

at lvl 1 the house edge is at 1% percent, so if you bet 1mB at 50% win chance the expected profit would be 2mB( 2x )..but as you may notice because of the HE, the profit on win would only be 1.98 mB thats because : 2mB(true profit) - 1% of profit(house edge) = 1.98mB

its as simple as that... Wink

just close the thread if you understand it now,..before this turns into a spamming ground Grin

?

I use them white often they my favourite.  Anyway you only getting that now since you not leveled up yet. When you level up the house edge starts to close and you get more in the faucet.

Now I have to stay and learn because the same thing has been giving me issues in understanding this house edge interpretation of the site I visits but it seems there is something those people always keep in there to always be on the winning side...
