Litecoin/Bitcoin questions

I've got Litecoin-qt, P2Pool, & GUIMiner running and working together. I'm hashing the Litecoin blockchain. Wooo.

Here's my question: How does P2Pool know where to send my Litecoins?

Litecoin-qt had one Litecoin address in it after I installed it (no label) as the name.

Now there is another address in my Litecoin-qt wallet named "P2Pool"

Is this P2Pool's main Litecoin address? Or is it my address where P2Pool will send my litecoins?

Also, when I set up litecoin.conf, P2pool, & GUIMiner, does it really not matter what goes into the 'user' & 'password' fields? Some pools have you put your litecoin address as your username so they know who to pay. I just used a random word as the username. (the same name in the user field of all 3 programs)
