Many members are giving their opinions and average is using a blockchain, I'm is included too, but in this time using blockchain is not worthed for me because it's not giving a more guarantee for me because appearing is the companies of providing an online wallet that is very risky.

Best? Most of the time, blockchain works flawlessly and just as you expect it to be. But keep in mind that there are some instances that blockchain would be under maintenance without them telling the public of what is happening within their system. Well this comment is just for an online wallet service. As for a client wallet, I suggest you get electrum if you don't want to download the whole blockchain data and mycellium for a mobile wallet.

Bitcoin core is probably the best for the computer, depending on what you want to do. Stay away from online wallets, always control your private key. I would also recommend mycelium as far as a phone app. I have used it for a long time and love it.
This is about right, use core, stay away from online wallets for storage and use Mycelium on the phone.

Blockchain is the wallet if you want to waste time waiting them to fix timeouts and don't want your private keys on your hand, I think the most decent online wallet is Electrum and to an extent multibit, people shouldn't use browser based wallets IMO.
