You need more than a Member account for 0.02 BTC. Offer another collateral so lenders will notice your loan request or it will be ignored because of insufficient collateral. Offer Altcoins if you have.

I think any loan request should have the user banned. These are all scammers. I really hope newbies aren't loaning these scammers money.

You cannot ask the maximum value of the account as a loan because it would be hard to sell the collateral in case of a default.

If you reduce the amount to 0.003-0.004 this loan might be funded but it isn't needed since someone already lent you the amount you requested.
