I am working on a project - we are looking for an online wallet provider who supports multi-signature transactions.  Are there any out there?

It looks like blockchain.info used to have an escrow service, but it looks like they no longer offer these services due to lack of use:

Do you know if these methods are available through:
https://blockchain.info/api/json_rpc_api
