best alt-coin developer

looking for an alt-coin developer or co-founder for a new currency, preferbly in the usa,..any ideas will be much appreciated? I have talk to a few developers but no luck or  bad reviews,  I know the alt-coin phase is gone, so hoping this forum be a little patient with me, thank you for your time
