I want to know if it is hard to create an altcoin, introduce it to an exchange website, and advertise it.
You have to spend money for that?

Yes you have to spend money to hire developers and hire graphic designers (for the logo etc...), unless you know all the required programming knowledge (from building the coin (C, C++), building the website (HTML,  CSS,J, etc...) , building the wallet & phone app). So yeah , It may not be that hard but It's definitely not an easy task to do without money.

Create an altcoin.  Easy if you're just using some cheap coingen.  Not so easy if you're doing it from scratch.
Introduce it to exchanges.  Easy. It's just introducing.
Advertise.  Same as above.

What is hard is to come up with a good altcoin that are innovative and not buggy.  This is why you need some good developers and good marketing.

According To me It Is Hard But Not Impossible.....
For Creating Your Own Altcoin Firsty You Need Money  Then You Need To Hire a Developer To Develop Your Altcoin, But If You Know About Developing Apps and Wallets and Atcoins Then You CNeed Only Funds to Advertise Your Altcoin....

Remember one person can not do it alone no matter how good your coding is.financial is the main issue,majorly only those create coin which have backed bitcoin from 2010.

That doesn't make sense. Are you saying only those who joined btc in 2010 have enough funds? LOL. One person can certainly do it but why would you want just one person when you can build something better with a team.
