Report thief/scam addresses?

I would like to know if there is a database/place where we can report crypto addresses of people that are SCAM?
I ask that because a few days ago I did a mistake buy trusting a fake twitter account using the æternity ICO. I lost 0.3 ETH in the story. My fault definitely, but because of the blockchain we can check and follow the money and I can see what he is doing on etherscan...
