I have bought and sold a lot of neteller here without any issues unlike with skrill or paypal, you can just try it and see what happens.

That is the common rate for skrill now?
Paypal is higher rate because of so high a risk of charge backs happening once they receive their btc.

Never checked into neteller but it from the above poster it is even higher rate than skrill is worth.

I have used neteller a lot and I once sent funds to the wrong account and neteller simply told me I should double check who you send funds to since neteller will not get involved with transactions and they are unable to reverse funds once you send them to someone else.
