Both transactions look confirmed with 28 confirmation to me : https://blockchain.info/tx/749e26dbfbd76c28b19626e148b9a104b16dee36b4d29a9fbee078f8ad3bd240 & https://blockchain.info/tx/775d9b21098fa9b7f408d193767f546910a1b80146a30ec0b153125c4e2477f9 , I suppose your wallet isn't showing the stats correctly (check If it's connected to a server )

Actually sometime electrum get hang or didn't sync correctly with server, i have also experienced lots of delay on showing confirmed transaction and correct balance. Restarting electrum client or reconnecting to internet sometime solved this problem for me.
