- min. 2 months old
- min already received 5 transaction withinthis 2 month period
- already received more than $100 since beginning of this 2 month period.
Account REQ :
- Should be aged (can be just a small transaction, but not new made transaction in purpose to fulfill this thread req. ).
- Have the docs and or already lift the limits.
- have every access, email, paypal, etc
- never have any fraud / illegal transaction / somekind like that
