PlayStation Store is Sony's digital Store for buying digital games, it's only for digital games, not for consoles and as OP said more info could be found on the link from Amazon. Really don't know how someone doesn't know what PlayStation Store is.

Unfortunately I just bought most of the digital games I wanted for now, but I'll bookmark this thread for the future.
