Welcome newbie! You should say what website you are talking about, bitcointalk does not have any withdraw anywhere.
This is not how you should use a Poll Question.

Apparently, you are talking about faucets since you said ''Satoshi''. Most of faucets either pay automatically to your Bitcoin Wallet once you reach the threshold or pay instantly to an online Microwallet. First of all, Always check for the minimum payout in faucets and how would you be paid.

I'm talking about faucetgo.com. They say that you can withdraw your satoshi if it is 20k and above. My current balance of satoshi their is 20182 satoshi to be exact. I followed their instruction how to withdraw. But it keeps telling me that "cannot process the transaction. Please check the input and try again later".

Looking at others comment about withdraw in their ANN thread they seem paying
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1616986.msg16919520#msg16919520

In the meantime you can discuss about your problem in their thread here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1616986.0

Maybe you need 20.000 plus the fees, don't know how much, lets say it's 5.000, so you need 25.000... I never used this site btw...

Try to talk with the support, for sure they will give you a better awnser.

+1 and I may think to get over 40k Satoshi for withdrawing your amount from there, At this time the effective fees at 20k Satoshi which it is mean if you be able for withdrawing your money if it was getting over 40k satoshi.

First guy never used site but he thinks there is fee, 5000 satoshi(maybe),  and second guy gave him +1 on that and add additional 15K satoshi fee on his 5K fee, its good that another signature spammer didn't come with +2 and add on 20K fee another fee.

To OP: check this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1616986.0, it looks like site is paying, try to contact support or PM admin here in bct. There is no transaction fee in this faucet, withdrawal should be instant after you ask for it:

Quote
Even if you have enough bitcoin to withdraw, most faucet will limit your withdrawal once per week at a fixed time. We allow you to withdraw anytime you want. Minimum withdrawal amount to use manual withdrawal is 20,000 sat. Do not worry about the transaction fee, we cover it for you.

As an additional measurement to confirm that you are human, we need you to sign in using Google (one time only). Our apologies if this is not convenient for you, but we need to do this until we find a better alternatives to fight bot.

Maybe the site is out of balance that is why you can not transfer your withdrawal in to your wallet.. or better to contact their support because i think it is owner or admin problem and better to contact them here i found the thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1616986.0

Yeah nowadays it is to hard for the human mankind to read a single website even the instruction on it - the only thing the people see is BTC-Address/Captcha/Claimbutton/REWARD also the withdrawal errors noting else - but all the adnetworks want great content that nobody reads, srsly  Huh ... thats how it works sad but true
