Mostly, I'm seeing the practice related to bitcoin addresses having only a couple or very few txs, but not too long ago this wasn't the case, with the above example easily producing dozens of results.

I've also noticed that blockchain.info has txs missing that are easily seen on walletexplorer.com.

The answer to your question is, Google is still indexing blockchain-type sites.
Usually google indexed url much faster when lot of url are link to other website it is also depending on where it link there is what we call Page authority and Domain Authority on every website. also if you might notice some links or result are gone due to recently penguin update google remove some of website that are spammy.
