How to start of making youtube videos with facecam

So i am waiting for the new Resident evil 7 to come out!
and its one of the games that i want to make some videos!
with me getting scared as fuck!
 but i don't think i have the right equipment..? can i connect Ps4 with Twitch and connect my phone to twich so the phone can record me while it plays from the ps4? can you help ? i just got the basic equipment every house can have i think...
