Modminer quad error message

Hello all,

I recently received a Modminer quad and just set it up. It seems to be functional however I am receiving the following error message when running bfgminer:

frequency drop of 100.0% detect. This may be caused by overheating. FPGA is shut down to prevent damage.

Does anyone know what this means?

I just received a Modminer quad and it doesn't seem to work. I was wondering if anyone could diagnose the following log from bfgminer. Thanks for the help.

I've had my MMQ for about a month, had to get two replacement fpgas from Tom because they arrived broken, have had Tom himself SSH in to my machine twice and other miners SSH to see if they could get it working .... and it's still not working.

interesting error log i'll have my buddy down in silicon valley and his genius team take a look at all that for you and hopefully we can get a report sent out to you in some time.  until then sit tight.

Did you ever get it working?  A month and a half later, and mine still doesn't work.
