Where to find a potential investor for game company?

Hello everyone, so I am thinking to start a game company which will develop games for Xbox, PS and Pc platform or maybe mobile devices too, I don't have funds to hire a quality team to develop the games, I am looking for potential investors, can anyone guide me? Thanks for your time.
