I am looking for an escrow between me(Pulithey1986) and FundsMoney

I am buying $80 BTC from him for my $97.13 Leupay

We need someone to hold the BTC and I will send the Leupay to FundsMoney and after confirmation escrow will release the btc to me less the fee.

I will contact the other buyer and if he agrees you can help us, leupay charges $25 to do a reversal and it only works if funds are from a credit card, not really sure.

How is this checked? What if the sending party says it's sent and the receiving party denies it. How can the escrow take a decision in this scenario?

Very simple, I have no issue with giving the escrow access to the account to validate and resolve the issue, I doubt it will even come to that.

Dude you don't even come close to meeting the criteria as an escrow, I believe I am 10 time more likely to send first that using you.
