Ninth Amendment Freedom

The 9th Amendment to the United States Constitution is this, from Wikipedia:

The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

Now, notice how Wikipedia tries to downplay our rights. Here is what Wikipedia says, but it is not what the 9th Amendment says:

The Ninth Amendment (Amendment IX) to the United States Constitution addresses rights, retained by the people, that are not specifically enumerated in the Constitution. It is part of the Bill of Rights.

Notice the highlighted part listed above. That is Wikipedia talking. And you will find that attorneys and judges and politicians will say the same. But look at the 9th Amendment again and consider...

The only States that existed at the time of the making of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights were the first 13 States. This means that there was no authority over the rest of the lands of America at that time. So, if you live in any of the States that are not the first 13, you currently have whatever rights that you did before the formation of the USA.

What rights do these include? All natural drugs, like marijuana; driving without licenses; complete gun freedom, including any kind of guns or weapons you want; do anything you want as long as you don't hurt someone else.

Why do you have these rights? Because the only laws were laws of the Native Americans in the rest of the USA lands back then. And the Native Americans had only one law... Don't hurt anyone else. They were free to do anything else. So, people are today, if they invoke the 9th Amendment the right way.

Why don't people talk about the 9th Amendment?

Why does Government try to hide it?

Martial law isn't the thing that we think. What it is, is, the suspension of the Constitution. This means that we actively have the rights that we had before the Constitution was activated. What are those rights? To do anything we want as long as we don't hurt anyone else. But, guess what? We have those rights, already, in the 9th Amendment. In other words, if you haven't signed up for the Constitution (nobody has) you can legally do anything you want. Essentially, the Constitution is of no effect, and never was. In short, the 9th Amendment and some of the other Amendments in the Bill of Rights mean, anybody can put all the laws of government down at any time that they want. But they have to tell the court that this is what they are doing. Here is what happened when the Constitution was made.

1. The United States had already been formed under the Articles of Confederation. But the Articles were not strong, and we needed a strong government to fight Great Britain.

2. The Constitution gave real strength to government, but the people were afraid of its strength. Because they were afraid, they needed some safeguards built in before they would accept it. The safeguards were the first 10 Amendments, the Bill of Rights.

3. The Bill of Rights made the Constitution and government so extremely weak within the United States, that government has tried to hide the strength that people have to put down the Federal Government individually.

4. The 9th Amendment says it clearly:

Amendment Part	-	Meaning
The enumeration in the Constitution	-	Things listed in the Constitution
of certain rights	-	Rights listed in the Constitution
shall not be construed to deny or disparage others	-	Cannot limit other rights
retained	-	Rights that people already have, and always have had, long time before the Constitution
by the people	-	People and their rights are more important than the Constitution and all the laws.

In other words, if you use this Amendment in the courts when you are attacked by the United States in court, and if you have NOT hurt anyone, you are more important than the whole United States Government = YOU WIN. But you have to invoke it for it to work for you.

Now, don't jump into this without studying a little. You might need to go the Karl Lentz route to make this work for you. Get your friends and family out of prison.

Great topic. Too many americans today take their right for granted and don't even truly know what rights they have. America needs to re-educate itself!
