With the addition of your twitter followers then you need to re-audit your account to able joining bounty program, but you must pay for it.
And now i will to share how to re-audit twitter account without paying.

This steps:
On twitter
1. Revoke app from your twitter account
2. Rename your twitter account
3. log out

On Twitter Audit
1. log out your account
2. Auditing another twitter account
3. Auditing your twitter account that has been renamed
5. Its new audit for your account

You can rename again your twitter account

I have do it and its work 100%
