What preference do you guys have re: asset exchanges

I have heard about glbse like sites, OT, assets-otc, coloured coins etc etc
Or move to a spreadsheet system like niko mentions, only dealing with larger investments and minimal p2p transfers...

or do any of you have any crazy new ideas we should kick around?
