Since you started this recently, why do you want to sell this service?
Rates cannot be determined by publishers, so post your advertiser stats and someone may think about buying. I think $3 for approx 850 views is high, did you get advertisers for such bid.

Looks like a good project, why you dont try to sell it at auctions you might get someone interested there, as i do believe here will be much harder to get a buyer, and im curious as well why selling something new ?
