I have currently started to accept Neteller as a form of payment as opposed to paypal for my btc. Trying to see if Neteller is better for my needs actually and will slowly move away from using paypal and cut them out altogether from my exchanges.
I do notice their fees are 1% per send.
I can offer you $10 worth now then you send the $21 in neteller then I will send the remaining amount later when i get more available funds from a trade I did, just waiting for the person to come back online.
Usually I go by my rate for first time trades but since I am testing this thing out first, I will make an exception.
