Need to have a quick chat with a dev who understand exchanges -0.1BTC for 30mins

I am exploring the idea of creating a new altcoin exchange with some functionality that will be substantially different than anything currently on the market. I would like to have a quick chat with a developer who has some good experience with exchange development to run through a few ideas and see if the approach I am taking makes sense.
