Scammer Profile: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=856961

Claim 1: Can pay almost any amount
I think the minimum bet is very low, how to maximum bets

maximum bets without limits,
we can pay almost any amount
welcome!

Claim 2: Shows an image holding 93.8 BTC
also about your max bet maybe you should prove that you have enough funds , cause there are many whales in the binary market and some of them are ready to risk that amount if the site is really trusted

of course, https://i.imgur.com/Tzn9Flm.jpg
this is just one wallet, with him, we replenish bitcoins on the block.io for further payment

Denial to Sign a Message
Anyone can post a wallet picture claiming to be the owner of that. Please sign a message from an address holding 93.8 BTC. If u really have the private key, here is an offline bitcoin signer...

if need be I will provide access in my wallet for administration of this forum.

Please move this to this section's Child Board :-" Investigations "Reputation" section (my bad got confused up with reputation and investigations section lately, anyway thanks satmas) , since the user accused hasn't scammed anyone but however his actions are quite similar like scammer.

That section is for doxxing people, so where's the dox? Instead of investigations, this should be in the reputation board.
